T & C Heat and Air proudly offers a service concept we built around our own desires when looking for contractors to work on our own homes: personal customer service from a local company that prides itself on quality workmanship at an exceptional value.

We have been a family owned and operated residential heating and air conditioning business in San Diego county for over 25 years. We were founded by my father Craig Holzhauer in 1996, and have always strived to be a company that genuinely cares for our customers - creating a comfortable and safe home for them. Our customer’s appreciation for our exceptional ethics and workmanship has led to decades of repeat customers and referrals – they are the reason we have continued to serve our community for so long.
